NEW GLASGOW MURAL CELEBRATES SCOTLAND'S EURO HEROES
New Glasgow Mural Celebrates Scotland's Euro Heroes
Hi, I'm Brian Anderson. I wanted to share some exciting news about a new mural in Glasgow's east end that honours
Scotland's national football heroes.
This beautiful mural, completed in Dennistoun near Lidl on Duke Street, features popular players like Che Adams, Andy Robertson, and Scott McTominay. Alongside their images is the message "hate not in my shirt," part of a joint effort between telecom company EE and the Scottish Football Association (SFA) to fight discrimination and hate in football.
The unveiling comes as Steve Clarke's team prepares for the upcoming major tournament in Germany. The squad, having flown out of Glasgow Airport yesterday, will be based in the scenic Bavarian town near Germany’s highest mountain, the Zugspitze, and Mount Wank. They will train together before their first match against Germany in Munich on Friday night.
This mural not only celebrates our football heroes but also promotes a positive and inclusive message for all fans.
